    Stackible is operated by Keenly Media, LLC.

  2. 2.What Stackible does and doesn't do

    Stackible provides the social experience and creator tools. It does not hold your money, execute trades or settle positions. When participation opens, it will happen through a regulated partner under that partner's own terms.

  3. 3.Accounts and eligibility

    To be written: who can sign up, age and location requirements, and verification.

  4. 4.Creators and Stacks

    To be written: creator approval, what a Stack is, disclosures creators must make and any fee share.

  5. 5.Fees

    To be written: every fee is shown before you confirm. The fee schedule will be published and versioned.

  6. 6.Risk

    See the Risk disclosure. You can lose your whole contribution.

  7. 7.Content and conduct

    To be written: acceptable use, moderation and reporting.
