Public beta. Backing a Stack is simulated and no real money moves. Anything marked Demo is an example.

Draft

Risk disclosure

The risks of backing a call, in plain words. The final disclosure will be reviewed by counsel and the regulated partner.
DRAFT, pending counsel review
This page is a placeholder outline for the new Stackible. It is not in effect, it isn't legal advice, and the final text will be written and reviewed by counsel before launch.
  1. 1.You can lose your whole contribution

If the call is wrong, the contracts bought with your contribution are worth nothing. Your Maximum Loss is everything you were charged, and it is shown before you confirm.
  2. 2.No call is guaranteed

Creators share opinions. A creator's past calls, right or wrong, don't predict their next one. Stackible shows each creator's complete history, losses and voids included.
  3. 3.Prices and estimates change

Potential Winnings and Estimated Net Profit are estimates from a price at a moment in time. Actual results depend on confirmed fills, fees and how the market settles.
  4. 4.Markets can be voided or delayed

Some markets are cancelled, voided or settled late under the partner's rules. What happens to your position then will be explained before you confirm.
  5. 5.Creators may be paid

Creators may earn a disclosed share of eligible platform fees whatever the outcome, only where the partner and applicable rules allow it. Their incentive will always be disclosed on the Stack.
  6. 6.Nothing is live yet

Stackible doesn't accept money today. Everything in this preview is demo content. When participation opens, it will happen through a regulated partner.
